BI-DIRECTIONAL FIELDROUTES INTEGRATION
The eLogii-FieldRoutes integration creates a closed loop between your service management and route optimization. Appointments, subscriptions, technician schedules, and service types sync automatically. eLogii optimizes routes across configurable date ranges - factoring in service frequency, customer preferences, and technician skills - then writes finalized assignments back into FieldRoutes. Your dispatchers stay in FieldRoutes if you want them to - or work directly in eLogii. Either way, the routes get dramatically better.
HOW IT WORKS
Appointments, active subscriptions, technician schedules, and customer data flow into eLogii as optimizable tasks. Recurring services generate tasks automatically based on frequency and date ranges.
Routes are built across your planning window, factoring in travel time, service duration, technician skills, time windows, task priorities, and configurable date range flexibility.
Optimized assignments push back into FieldRoutes - technician, date, route, and sequence. Completed and cancelled statuses sync back too. New appointments are created automatically when needed.
WHAT SYNCS
The integration maps FieldRoutes data to eLogii automatically. No manual field mapping, no CSV exports, no copy-paste.
Your active workforce syncs from FieldRoutes as drivers, with working hours and breaks derived directly from route spot data.
Both one-off appointments and recurring subscriptions become optimizable tasks, with intelligent date range handling based on service frequency.
Optimized routes write back to FieldRoutes with full assignment details. Status changes flow in both directions automatically.
BUILT-IN INTELLIGENCE
The integration doesn't just move data between systems. It applies configurable business rules that make sure routes reflect how your operation actually works.
Appointments can be pinned to a fixed date or given a flexible window based on their service frequency. Higher-frequency services get tighter windows, lower-frequency services get wider ones - so the optimizer has room to build denser routes without missing service commitments.
Active subscriptions automatically generate tasks based on their next service date and frequency. Deduplication logic prevents double-booking when an appointment already exists. Plan-type subscriptions generate multiple spaced visits with independent scheduling flexibility.
Service types map to technician skills and certifications automatically. The optimizer only assigns technicians who are qualified for each service type - whether that's specialist treatments, initial installations, or routine recurring services.
Different appointment types receive different scheduling priorities automatically. Initial appointments, VIP services, reservice calls, and reminded customers are all weighted so the optimizer schedules the most important jobs first and builds routes around them.
Customer records can carry structured notes that set time windows, preferred or excluded technicians, call-ahead requirements, and allowed weekdays. These preferences are applied automatically during optimization without dispatcher intervention.
Tasks that can't be placed on a viable route are automatically triaged. Fixed-date appointments that couldn't be scheduled are flagged separately from flexible ones, so dispatchers can prioritize manual resolution for the most time-sensitive jobs.
WHY IT MATTERS
WHAT CHANGES
WHO IT'S FOR
Whether you manage pest control technicians, lawn care crews, or landscaping teams - if you run FieldRoutes and have 20 or more people in the field, this integration removes the gap between service management and route optimization entirely. Particularly valuable for operations with recurring service schedules, seasonal service windows, and multiple service types where route density directly impacts profitability.
