The eLogii-Simpro integration creates a closed loop between your job management and route optimization. Engineers, jobs, skills, and availability sync automatically. eLogii optimizes routes across a configurable window - 7 days by default, longer if you need it - and writes finalized schedules back into Simpro. Run the sync nightly, multiple times a day, or on demand. Your dispatchers keep working in the system they know. The routes just get dramatically better.
HOW IT WORKS
Jobs for the coming days are pulled into eLogii as tasks, along with engineer availability, skills, and any leave or training exceptions. The lookahead window is configurable - 7 days, 14, or more.
Routes are built across your full planning window, factoring in travel time, engineer skills, time windows, working hours, and schedule constraints.
Optimized schedules are pushed back into Simpro with arrival and completion times against each job. Run nightly, or sync multiple times a day for near-real-time updates.

The integration doesn't just move data between systems. It applies configurable business rules that make sure routes reflect how your operation actually works.
Jobs are matched to engineers based on their actual qualifications - licences, zones, certifications, and specialisms. The optimizer only considers engineers who are genuinely qualified for each job.
Each engineer's availability is pulled from Simpro and automatically extended with a travel buffer, so they have time to get to their first job and home from their last. Lunch breaks are built in too.
Certain jobs can be locked to a specific engineer and time window at the highest priority. The optimizer builds routes around these fixed points rather than moving them.
Jobs that require a material collection beforehand automatically get a pickup stop added to the route, so engineers collect parts on the way to the job site.
A snapshot of all Simpro schedules is created before any changes are made. If something goes wrong, you can restore schedules to their exact previous state with one action.
Leave, training, sickness, and other non-job schedule entries in Simpro are automatically converted into exceptions in eLogii. Heavy non-job days are flagged as days off entirely.
