Greenix Pest Control, one of the largest independent pest control companies in the United States, has selected eLogii as a strategic platform investment to strengthen routing, field operations, and customer experience as the business continues to scale nationally.

The deployment spans Greenix's full national operation: 750+ field technicians and more than 100,000 monthly service appointments.

The decision reflects Greenix's broader strategy to invest ahead of strategic growth. With plans to continue expanding through a mix of organic growth and acquisitions, Greenix leadership evaluated what infrastructure and internal processes needed foundational support for both immediate and long-term service objectives.

By putting scalable routing and scheduling infrastructure in place now, Greenix plans to reduce future operational friction, protect service quality, and build an operating model that can support the next phase of growth.

Building scalable operations for the next phase of growth

Before eLogii, route planning at Greenix was largely a manual process: dedicated teams built routes branch by branch, and without detailed customer service windows, customer-facing teams had limited visibility into technician locations and arrival timing. That approach was manageable at a smaller scale, but leadership recognized it would not scale with future growth.

eLogii now supports Greenix's monthly appointment volume in a single optimization pass, accounting for:

  • Technician availability
  • Job constraints
  • Travel time
  • Scheduling complexity across the national operation

More than 80 scheduling rules that previously depended on planner knowledge, including seasonal treatments, state licensing requirements, subscription types, and other variables, are now handled automatically.

The result is a more consistent, scalable operating model that is built to support huge growth.

The eLogii rollout itself moved quickly. Greenix expanded from 6 pilot branches to its national operation in under a month, with a series of API syncs providing quick optimizations and control without disrupting key operational components like billing or dispatch.
