Business Central is a deep ERP, but route optimization is not one of its modules. Warehouse Picks and Shipments handles warehouse workflow. Business Central shipping agent setup rate-shops parcel carriers. Business Central Warehouse Management sequences picks within a wave. None of those is a constraint-aware multi-stop route optimizer. For own-fleet distribution and field service running on Business Central, the routing layer is a separate piece of software. eLogii is that layer: pulls open orders from Business Central via Business Central REST API v2.0, optimizes against vehicles, depots, capacities, time windows, skills and SLAs, writes routes and ETAs back.
Business Central is comprehensive on the ERP side, and several of its modules touch the delivery problem. Drawing the line precisely matters when scoping a routing layer alongside it.
Business Central was not built to be a routing engine, and the workflows above are the right tools for what they cover. Where Business Central stops is the route plan itself, the order each stop runs in, and the constraint set the optimizer enforces.
Constraint-aware route optimization is a distinct problem from stop sequencing or warehouse picking. The optimizer has to model the truck, the road, the customer, the driver and the SLA, all at once.
None of this is what Warehouse Picks and Shipments or Business Central shipping agent setup is designed to do. It is a separate workload that needs its own engine.

The two workflows hand off cleanly: Business Central Warehouse Management owns the warehouse floor; eLogii owns the road.
