Named customers include J-Club (9,000+ stores), NHS, Belfast City Council, Vergo Pest Management (400 technicians, Tyro Group), Greenix (#11 PCT 100 2026), Bristow & Sutor, Porcelanosa, Caldic and City of Little Rock. ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 certified.
Enterprise logistics platform from LogiNext. Four modules: LogiNext Mile (last-mile), Haul (line-haul), Field (field service) and On-Demand. The pitch is multi-mode breadth from one vendor.
Both products are credible at enterprise scale on the core routing surface. LogiNext bundles on-demand consumer dispatch and multi-carrier 3PL marketplace orchestration into the same suite. eLogii goes deep on field service and distribution, with deeper recurring routes, multi-day and long-haul planning, customer-facing scheduling.

Both engines are credible at enterprise scale. The differences are in how the optimization surface is exposed and what it assumes about your data.
LogiNext's optimizer sits inside the Mile module, with related capability in Field and On-Demand. The strength is AI/ML-driven dispatch with patented planning models, plus on-demand consumer dispatch and multi-carrier 3PL orchestration alongside last-mile in the same suite. Track record at scale in QSR, courier, BFSI and retail logistics, particularly in India, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. If you need on-demand consumer dispatch or multi-carrier 3PL orchestration alongside last-mile from a single vendor, that breadth is real.
eLogii's optimizer is exposed across five modes: a single data set, one or more specific dates, existing routes (re-optimization), a date range, and recurring patterns with varying intervals. Skills, capabilities, vehicle capacity, SLA windows, business rules and time constraints are all considered together, with configurable objectives.
For field service and distribution, eLogii models recurring cadences natively via routes, task template groups and route template groups. Quarterly residential treatments, monthly commercial accounts, weekly compliance visits, daily distribution drops and reactive callouts can all sit in the same plan. This is the engine J-Club (9,000+ stores) and Vergo (400 technicians) run their operations on.
LogiNext re-plans within its dispatch scope. eLogii re-optimizes against your configured rules. For example, "reroute a no-access visit to the nearest technician with the right pest license, but don't move any quarterly accounts with a customer-confirmed window in the next 90 minutes." At enterprise scale, rule-based re-optimization is how planners stop chasing exceptions one at a time.
eLogii is a hugely flexible tool, allowing us to take into account all of our KPIs and SLAs. We’ve beaten all records that we put in place, generated 3–4× ROI and I think we’re heading well ahead of that.

Both products are credible enterprise options. The choice usually turns on this.
LogiNext is a suite. One vendor across last-mile, line-haul, field service and on-demand, with the same AI/ML optimizer feeding all four modules. If you need that breadth, particularly multi-carrier 3PL dispatch or on-demand consumer logistics, LogiNext is a serious option. The trade-off is that each module shares product attention with the others.
eLogii puts its entire roadmap into advanced routing and field execution: recurring routes, multi-depot planning, mid-execution re-optimization, the driver app. The data model treats recurring template groups, configurable Forms, skills-based assignment and custom fields as dedicated API entities rather than configuration layered on top of a generic dispatch object.
Either product can be embedded in your wider stack:
The practical implication: if your problem is enterprise field service or distribution and you want the deepest platform for that, eLogii is the focused answer. If your problem is multi-carrier orchestration (3PL marketplace + on-demand consumer dispatch + last-mile) from a single vendor, LogiNext.s suite is what you are buying.
LogiNext's customer app and tracking work across its suite. eLogii ships a deeper customer experience surface and dispatch-desk surface because both are the core product, not modules sharing a roadmap.
If you need multi-carrier 3PL dispatch and on-demand consumer logistics in the same suite as last-mile, LogiNext.s breadth carries you. For UK, EU and US field teams whose bottleneck is this layer day to day, depth in this layer is the bigger lever.
Enterprise operations at scale rarely run on a single packaged product. The common shape is a stack: an FSM for field execution and paperwork (ServiceTitan, FieldRoutes, Simpro, Joblogic, Salesforce FS, MS D365 FS), an ERP for finance, inventory and customer master data (SAP, NetSuite, MS Dynamics 365 BC, Sage, Acumatica), telematics for the vehicles (Samsara, Geotab, TomTom), and a routing layer on top.
eLogii is built for that shape. It plugs into your existing FSM and ERP as the advanced optimization layer, leaving field execution and paperwork in the FSM where your drivers and technicians already work day to day. The technician opens the FSM’s field app on site; eLogii plans the route they take to get there, surfaces the live ETAs, picks up GPS, and pushes completion back into the FSM.
api-sandbox.elogii.com so integration work can run in parallel with the existing FSM/ERP rollout.POST /tasks/createOrUpdateMany handles hundreds of tasks per call, built for high-volume ingest from any FSM or ERP.Custom simulation
