We remove the association between depots and vehicles, so all vehicles are treated as a single, pooled resource to be shared across the entirety of your depot operations.
You add all relevant operational data (tasks/deliveries, drivers/schedules, vehicles, specific operational constraints etc.) to the eLogii platform via API, bulk upload or individually. Our proprietary algorithms take into account of all attributes and constraints to produce the most optimal sequence of collections and drop-offs and present this to your operations and driver teams in a way that is most useful for their particular role.
Groups of deliveries / tasks are allocated to the most appropriate drivers (based on schedule, skills etc.) and vehicles (based on capacity, capabilities etc.) and a series of routes are then produced with precise ETAs for each and every delivery/task. You are able to fix a route and make adjustments to this fixed master plan / route on a daily, weekly etc. basis based on live events.
Last minute changes can seamlessly be taken into account while at the same time ensuring viability of the overall plan incorporating these changes.
