Ensure each collection or delivery task contains all the necessary information you need – including customer details, address, task reference, task capacity, number of items, service time, contact information, and specific time window (which can be as short or wide as you need it to be). Also add any custom delivery instructions and delivery requirements (driver skills and vehicle capabilities), as well as configure on a per task basis any specific security confirmation and failed delivery / task requirements.
